Visitors are welcome at 10:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. for one of 3 Free trial classes.  These classes will be held separately from the member’s classes and geared towards those curious about trying CrossFit.  All fitness levels are welcome!  Regardless of your level of fitness you will be given a workout that is designed to challenge but not overwhelm!
