“Moving Masters”!

Moving Masters: Improved Strength for Daily Living
This is a CrossFit class primarily geared toward older adults interested in maintaining or improving strength, balance, coordination and mobility. In a class of their peers, attendees will receive additional help in learning and scaling movements to their particular mobility, injury or illness issues. We will also directly correlate any movements in the gym with daily activities outside of the gym. Classes will focus more time on warm ups and cool downs in addition to Workouts of the Day (WODs).
 
Improved strength and balance will lead to increased independence and quality of life!
