Strength
Strict dips (bar or ring)
5 sets of 3 – 8 reps
If you do not have strict dips, do kipping and practice technique (5 sets of 5-10 reps)
WOD
5 Rounds for time:
12 kettlebell swings
12 burpees
Run 2 laps
