4 rounds of:
8 dips (ring or bar)
12 push-ups
*Rest 90 seconds between rounds

In teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes
20 partner wall balls (stand beside partner on wall and throw ball above line to partner)
Carry partner down the mat
10 Hang power cleans 155/105
Carry partner back down the mat (alternate carries)
