Men: RX muscle ups, RX handstand push-ups, experience and familiarity with Olympic lifts, legless rope climbs, strict pull-ups.
Women: RX ring dips, RX handstand push-ups, experience and familiarity with Olympic lifts, rope climbs, RX kipping pull-ups.
