Spend an hour each Sunday working on your movement, mobility and recovery. Each week we will focus on a movement or position and spend the time to work on the areas that create problems for that particular movement. Learn about how to perform basic maintenance on yourself and use the full hour for full body recovery. Learn how to identify problem areas and how to focus on those areas with a variety of techniques.
It is recommended that you bring some of your own mobility tools to the class.
Most items can be purchased from Rogue Fitness or cobbled together from other sources. Single Lacrosse Ball, Gemini or Peanut (two lacrosse balls taped together or put in a sock-see Google for a demonstration) Green Rogue Monster Band, Voodoo Floss, Supernova ball or Softball We’ll make use of a few other things in the gym to “enhance” the mobility experience. Class meets Sunday 2:00-3:00pm and starts September 6th It’s free for CFM member and will be only $10 for drop-ins from the community at large. Invite your friends!
