Run 1 mile with a Medicine Ball 20/14
Then 8 rounds of
10 Wall Balls
1 Rope Climb
Run 800m with a Med Ball
Then 4 rounds of
10 Wall Balls
1 Rope Climb
Run 400m with a Med Ball
Then 2 Rounds of
10 Wall Balls
1 Rope Climb

Split reps as needed between partners. Share one med ball. The ball can be passed as needed on the runs.
Scale rope climbs with rope stands, strict banded pull-ups (2:1), or ring rows (3:1)
