Scaling Options:
Rope Climbs: Half climbs, rope stands, 3 strict pull-ups
HSPU: Scale ROM with plates or abmat, pike push-ups or z-press
Weights: For round 1 pick a weight that you can do AT LEAST 10 of each movement unbroken. You do not have to use the same weight as your partner, but sharing is a good idea if possible.
