3 + 1 @ 65%
3 + 1 @ 70%
3 + 1 @ 75%

2. “Big Clean Complex”
Complete 6 sets of the complex, increasing weight as able. Rest as needed between attempts. All 12 reps should be unbroken. Climb in such a way as to hit your heaviest set in the 6th set, not the 3rd set.
