6×1: 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%
Then 80% X 2

2. 5 RFT:
10 DB Snatch (70/50)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
L2: Scale DB weight or use KB

MOBILITY:
Shoulders: Mobility, Stability, Position. If you have a shoulder…this is a class for you.
