c) Scaled ROM 5×3 Strict HSPU+1 max effort HS hold
d) 5×5 Box Push-ups, then 3 max effort wall holds (back to the wall or in a wall-walk)

2. 5 RFT:
10 Power Cleans 135/95
10 Bar Facing Burpees
L2: 115/75
L1: 95/65 or less
