What’s your day job?
– I work at Jos A. Bank.
How long have you been CrossFitting?
– Almost 8 years. I started my junior year of high school in 2009.
Favorite benchmark WOD?
– It’s a toss up between 30 muscle ups for time and Diane.
What’s the PR you are most proud of?
– That’s a really tough question. Last year I hit a 300# clean (double bodyweight), which had been a goal of mine for a long time. Either that or finishing 3rd place in our region in 16.1 last Open.
Favorite WOD music?
– Anything except what Evan plays.
