How long have you been CrossFitting?
I have been Crossfitting for about 4 years

What’s your favorite benchmark?
My favorite benchmark WOD is Amanda

What’s your most meaningful PR?
I dont think I have a favorite PR that I can remember, but getting a strict muscle up before regionals last year was pretty exciting!

What’s your favorite WOD music?
I will listen to just about any music, but lifting to country is my favorite.

Anything else you’d like to say about CFM or joining the team?
Some of you may already know, my fiancé is currently deployed. Part of my motivation to train with a team this year was to keep busy and help the time pass faster until he comes back. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone at CFM throughout the open!
