What’s your “Day Job?”
Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner in Nashville.

How long have you been Crossfitting?
I started CrossFit 5-6 years ago but didn’t go consistently til about 3 years ago.

What’s your favorite benchmark?
DT

What’s the PR you are most proud of?
Probably the first time I got 15+ c2b unbroken. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my barbell PRs, but gymnastics have always been such a weakness of mine.

What’s your favorite WOD music?
Classic Rock is an easy go-to. I’ve been known to jam out to Bieber or Timberlake.

Anything else you’d like to say about CFM or joining the team?
I’m so pumped to be a part of the team this year! Awesome group of people and athletes. Surrounding yourself with talented people will only make you better…I’m excited to have some fun this season!

1. Muscle-up or PU Practice (Choose the appropriate level)
a) 5x 3,5 or 7 MU
b) 3×3 Kip swings on rings, 3×3 Hips to rings, 3×3 Banded MU Transitions, 3×3 Ring Dips
c) 3×3 Kip swings on bar, 3×3 Pull-up initiation with kip, 3×3 Pull-ups or PU attempts, 3×3 Pull-up negatives

2. For Time:
Run 400 m
