2. 3 Rounds:
15 Double KB DL 2/1.5
12 TTB
1 Lap Farmer’s carry (2 KB)
L2: Scale KB weight (or use DB-one head touches the ground), 12 Knees to Chest
L1: Hanging knee raises

MASTERS:
1. EMOM x 10
Even: 3 DL, climbing if possible
Odd: 5-10 Push-ups
2. For time:
30 Wall Balls
20 Jump Ropes
10 DL
20 Jump Ropes
30 WB
