1 Muscle Up
12 Wallballs (20, 14#)

Level 2: Power Snatch 96/65, and 3 C2B Pull ups + 3 Ring Dips = 1 MU
Level 1: Power Snatch 65/45 or less, 5 Banded C2B Pull ups, Wall balls 14/12
