    Endurance WOD
    For 30 mins
    — min 1:00 – 10 burpees
    — min 2:00 – 15 kb swings
    — min 3:00 – run 1 lap
    — min 4:00 – 20 split jumps
    — min 5:00 – :30 sec plank hold
    — min 6:00 – start over with 10 burpees and continue the EMOM in order until 30 mins are complete
