    2 rounds of 3 minutes Max Effort each of the following movements –
    Burpee box jump over
    Row for calories
    Kb swing
    Wall balls
    Run for meters
    * 1 minute rest between efforts

    15, 12,10, 8, 7 – Not proud but they were strict and legit.
