Then 7 Min EMOM of:
1 Snatch + 1 High Hang Snatch (Power Position) + 1 Overhead Squat
*Use 85% of 1RM for the above EMOM
OR USE 20 MIN FOR SQUAT THERAPY/OVERHEAD MOBILITY AND THEN COMPLETE 5X5 OVERHEAD SQUATS (HEAVY BUT PERFECT)   YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
