Memorial Day Murph 2013

 
Come out at 10 am and hit a workout before hitting the lake. Remember, the WOD can be completed as a team, or scaled accordingly.

Murph:

Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 hand release push ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile
