    “Fortitude”
    EMOM for 30 mins
    Even mins 12 cal row ( scaled 10 cal )
    Odd mins 12 burpees (scaled 10 burpees)

    * if necessary due to equipment, partner up one row while the other does burpees then switch
    * compliments of Ben Bergeron and Crossfit New England
