    Teams of 3 WOD —
    2 rounds of
    1000 m row
    60 kb swings
    30 lunges
    * one person must be holding a plank at all times during the 2 rounds
    Then 100 pull-ups ( split reps however you choose)
    Then 2400m run ( alternate every 400m )
