    Bringing back this one from about 6 or so months ago

    “Hanson”
    5 rounds:
    30 2 pood kettlebell swings, (1.5 )
    30 burpees,
    30 glute-ham-sit-ups (sit-ups)

    First, “Hanson” sounds terrible.

    5RM Thruster – 160# aka BW
    3RM weighted PU – 50# (biggest dumbbell in room but that was pretty accurate)

    WOD: (Had to do K2E because of pullup bar proximity to wall.)
