Couple of reminders:

#1 You MUST submit your 15.1 AND 15.1A scores to the Open AND the Affiliate Cup separately.  Do so BEFORE 7:00 PM Monday Night!

#2 This Thursday is Officially ” Find a Friend Thursday”.   Invite a friend and let them give CFM a whirl for FREE!  If you have had a good experience with CFM why not share the love?

    5 rounds each
    5 hspu
    10 lunges
    15 burpees
    20 KB swings
    25 wall balls
    – you complete a round, then your partner completes a round
