    With a running clock
    0 – 12:00 – run 1 mile
    12:00 – 20:00 – 21,15,9 of SDHP and HSPU ( push-ups)
    20:00 – 25:00 – run 800 m
    25:00 – 35:00 – 21,15,9 of burpees and med ball situps
    35:00 – 40:00 – run 800 m
