    Reviewing CFM’s Fitness Levels from 2012, I wonder the last time anyone has tested the row/burpee Work Capacity challenge?

    Level 4 “Assault on Weakness”
    Strength:
    1.5x Body Weight Back Squat
    135#/95# Squat Snatch
    30 Sec L-Sit (Games Standard)
    8 / 4Handstand Push Up
    Skill:
    3/1 Unbroken Muscle Ups
    10 Pistol in 25 Sec (Any Side)
    40 Unbroken Double Unders
    Work Capacity:
    RX’d Fran in under 5:00 / 6:00 Min
    400 M run in under 1:15 / 1:30
    500 m row and 100 Burpees in under 9:00 / 10:00 Min

    I’m also wondering if the fitness levels need to be adjusted. Is a 2012 acceptable level of fitness still acceptable?
