TEAM CFM has done it again! Proven CFM to be amoung the most fit CrossFit Gyms in the Central Eastern United States! How they did it however, is possibly going to surprise you. A conservative estimate of 5 training days a week, 2-3 hours a day for 12 months yields an astonishing 720 training hours last year. EACH! Thats 30 consecutive non stop days of training. Not to mention the sacrifices, strict diets and early bedtimes along the way! Now it is OUR turn to work for them! The cost of attending Regionals is high and they can’t do it on their own!
