Strength:

Back squat 5×5 (same weight for all sets) -We will be doing this every Monday and increasing 10 lbs. so start with a weight you know you can do for all five sets. 60% is a good ballpark.

WOD:
4 Rounds for time:
12 burpees
8 toes to bar
6 power cleans 135/95
2 rope climbs
