CrossFit Murfreesboro’s “Wild Things” Summer Kids Camp Is Here!
Join us for 5 days of Fun and Games focused on teaching kids (Ages 5-12) about functional fitness and nutrition.
Camp meets July 20th – 24th from 9:30 A.M. – 12:30 A.M.
Its like “On Ramp” except with water balloons, games of tag, awesome snacks and lots of surprises!
Campers will learn the basics (no weight) of the squat, press and deadlift as well as gymnastics, rowing and running! (we’ll be super sneaky about it so they won’t know they are learning smile emoticon

    Did this on Tue after bench strength (not impressive – used a machine)

    WOD: 20/12/11

    This is the type of WOD I lose count in. If total score is all reps as singles, you should go all out on Rd. 1 and then go to fast singles. IMO. But then again, this WOD is not in my wheelhouse. #whichiswhyyoudoit
