    4 complete rounds ( each person )
    Partner 1 runs 800 m while partner 2 completes the following AMRAP 20 plate ground to overhead (45/25), 20 burpees to plate, 20 weighted walking lunges ( hold plate overhead ), 20 sit-ups, when partner 1 finishes their run, partner 2 will run and partner 1 will complete AMRAP, continue alternating until both have completed 4 runs/AMRAP.
