Please Note: Open Gym requires a drop-in fee for non members and is available during the specified times below. If you are a non-member wanting to drop-in for Open Gym, you must call and complete drop-in requirements on-line. 
Specialty classes are for members only. 

Monday

Regular WOD Times: 5:30 A.M. 8:30 A.M.  noon, 4:30 P.M. 5:30 P.M.  6:30 P.M.

Specialty Class: Endurance 5:00P.M.

Masters Class: 7:30 A.M .

Open Gym Hours: 2-4 P.M. and 8-10 P.M.

Tuesday

Regular WOD Times:   5:30 A.M. 8:30 A.M.  noon, 4:30 P.M. 5:30 P.M. 6:30P.M.

Wednesday

Masters Class: 7:30 A.M.

Thursday

Regular WOD Times:   5:30 A.M. 8:30 A.M.  noon, 4:30 P.M. 5:30 P.M.  and 6:30 PM

Open Gym Hours: 2-4 P.M. and 8-10 P.M.

Friday

Regular WOD Times:   5:30 A.M. 8:30 A.M.  noon, 4:30 P.M. 5:30 P.M.

Masters Class: 7:30 A.M.

Open Gym Hours:  2-4 P.M. and 7-10 P.M.

Saturday

Specialty Class: Olympic Weightlifting 8:30 A.M.  (1.5 hours)

10:00 A.M. OPEN HOUSE WOD – ANYONE IS WELCOME! (1 free Saturday WOD for visitors)

Open Gym Hours:  11 A.M. – 10 P.M.

Sunday

Open Gym Hours:  12P.M. – 6 P.M.
